    Established in 2004, MAP Contracts has grown to become one of the leading companies in its field within the UK.

    MAP has since expanded by opening an interior design company, MAP Living, offering high-end designs for luxury bathrooms.

    MAP Contracts & Living adopt a holistic approach towards the deliverance of each of our projects. We are keen to provide a highly personalised and quality service and believe that attention to detail is absolutely essential in every aspect of this.

    At MAP Contracts we recognise the importance of providing a top-class service that is efficient and reliable, supplying complete orders to site on time with deliveries adapted to suit individual requirements.

    As part of our service we design and specify bathrooms to meet clients’ budget and design aspirations. We are very eco-conscious, placing a high emphasis on producing designs that meet the Code for Sustainable Homes using the latest renewable technologies.

    Quotation packs are provided to all clients which contain a detailed breakdown of pricing, technical details, product finishes, water calculations and designs.

    A highly effective system is in place for managing contracts ensuring call-offs dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

    We have a dedicated warehouse team with drivers that are extremely knowledgeable of the area, ensuring prompt and reliable deliveries.

  • Our Facilities

    Located in central Kent, we occupy a 43,000ft² business park containing multiple large warehouses, enabling us to hold large stocks of goods for call-offs and off-shelf purchasing.

    Our easy access to motorway networks enables prompt morning and afternoon deliveries.

    Within our fleet we operate a number of our own vehicles to suit all types of deliveries. Our fleet continues to increase as the company expands.

  • Products

    With our vast experience in this industry, we can show clients product ranges that cannot be found among merchants and high street outlets. MAP Contracts has access to a wide range of products from a variety of different sources.

    We also have access to many bespoke products that can be tailored entirely to the client’s specifications, including shower enclosures, feature basins, vanity units and other bathroom furnishings.

    We are eager to please and should a client request a specific product that we do not normally supply, we will try to secure it at the most competitive price possible.

    In situations where we cannot source a particular product, we will locate a suitable alternative that is similar in design and function. With our knowledge and range of inspirational products, MAP could be the key to unlocking your development’s potential. Why not give us a try.
